This policy explains how RoofPitch HQ handles information when you visit roofpitchhq.com, use a calculator, or contact us. You can use the calculators and read the guides without creating an account.
Measurements you enter
Roof pitch, slope, rafter length, roof area, and shingle estimates are calculated in your browser. Our calculator code does not send your measurements or results to a server, save them in a customer database, or use cookies or browser storage to keep a calculation history. We cannot retrieve a previous calculation for you.
A calculation does not require your name, street address, email address, or payment details. If you include measurements in an email to us, those measurements become part of that correspondence.
Hosting and technical information
Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Visiting a page sends a request to Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, the requested URL, and traffic or security data to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from the measurements you type into a calculator.

Cookies and browser controls
The calculators do not set cookies to store your inputs or track you for advertising. Depending on the security features used, Cloudflare may set cookies to manage traffic or remember a security check. Its cookie documentation explains these cookies and their purposes.
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking a security cookie may affect access to a protected page. There is no account or saved calculation history to delete on this website.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, message, or attachments. We use that information to respond, investigate a reported problem, or consider a correction. Email providers process the correspondence to deliver and store it.
Send only what is needed to explain your question. Remove home addresses, customer details, faces, and other personal information from screenshots or attachments. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a useful record of the issue, or meet applicable obligations.
